The meeting will conclude by 2:00 PM, followed by dining at 2:45 PM. Dining is expected to finish by 4:30 PM.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of seat reservations will be accepted until 12:00 noon on Friday, 16 May 2025. Dining fees cannot be refunded after this date.
